Our certification prep training, which includes oral exam rehearsal, specifically prepares you to sit for one of the RBLP Certification exams. It's important to note that courses in Resilience-Building Leadership offered by colleges, universities, and employers do not substitute for this essential certification prep training.

Before meeting with your instructor, we recommend reviewing each training module and reflecting on your leader/follower experiences through provided questions.

During your training, the instructor will guide you through discussions on each leader task, ensuring you're well-prepared for your certification exam.

Additionally, you'll review the Resilience-Building Leadership competency domains, which are crucial for developing resilient teams.
